Seger and
                     Silver Bullet Band, December 1973. This shot
                     was taken at Uncle Sam's in Detroit. This is
                     among one of the earliest Silver Bullet Band
                     shows. Charlie Martin had recently joined the
                     band, completing the first Silver Bullet Band
                     line-up. Uncle Sam's was a dingy, dimly lit
                     Detroit Bar in a strip mall. It was located
                     right next to a topless joint. Except for one
                     small follow spot by the mixing board, these
                     ceiling lights were the only lighting --
