Why
the Seger File Is Here -- Getting Over Bob
Seger A sampling of Seger photos from
readers and from around the web. Seger plays Daniels
Den This July 67 photo of
Daniels Den in Saginaw comes from Seger fan Tom Novak, who
writes: "My band, the Merseyside Sound warmed up for the
Bossmen (Dick Wagner's band) and the Rainmaker's were from
Traverse City. It was the first time I saw our name on a
marquee. Wagner has a copy and says it's one of his favorite
photos. I think Bob Seger might have a copy, too. I've been
a professional musician now for 38 years, and I still do
Eastside Story, Heavy Music and 2+2=?. I would love to see a
compilation of those songs some day. -- Tom Novak, Phoenix,
Az."
Tom's photo reminded me
Rob "Rocco" Maisch's great story about Daniel's Den in his
February 2000 graphic novel, "Confessions of a Cereal
Eater." Copyright 2000 Rob
